- Dampers are used to regulate Air flow in process industries and we need damper actuators to actuate and connect them to control systems. A pneumatic or Hydraulics damper actuator is a mechanical device that uses compressed air or oil pressure to control the position of a damper.
- Hydraulic damper actuators are just used for dampers which need high force to move or plants and locations where you can not prepare enough compressed air. Therefore pneumatic actuators are the most widely used type of actuators in industries.
